Joe Taylor, our Shoot Manager, is in charge of the day’s shooting. Steven Baird, the head Gamekeeper, has been at Cleggan for over 10 years, and with Joe has been responsible for developing the shoot since 2000. A shoot bus transports the guns around the estate all day, though all return to the yard for lunch. The senior picker-up of the day travels with the guns in the bus and is responsible for placing the guns
